Glimpse on Scheduled tasks and Completed tasks in Viral Content Buzz Portal
In this article we will show you with valid screen shots on how you can schedule your items to be shared on social media with in built Viral Content Buzz scheduler . This advanced feature is available to free sign up members to pro users and everyone can make use of it.
Scheduled tasks
If you want to space the items you want to share with your readers you can make use of Scheduled tasks feature and you can set the interval when the item needs to be shared and also you can select the time zone when each item to be shared , so you can send contents for your users at particular date and time as per time zone . This helps you avoid flooding your followers and users profiles with your updates.
From main dashboard navigate to any item for sharing , you will be taken to sharing window , below each sharing content window you will be shown schedule icon , below screen shot.
Select date and time and also time zone of your choice for sharing the item as shows in below screen shot .
Once you have selected all the settings , click the ' SCHEDULE ' button and that item will be schedule to go to your users at the scheduled time. You can see that item under ' Scheduled tasks list ' window as shown in screen shot .
You can add more items for Facebook , twitter and also for other accounts . Below screen shot two items are added for sharing and they are scheduled to go live at pre set time.
Once scheduled items are shared on your social media accounts they are listed under ' Completed tasks Lists ' window for your future reference as shown below
