In Australia, telephone numbers that begin with 1300 are virtual numbers. These are not supported by actual phone lines because they are dependent on other network services. This means that the call on your 1300 number will be transferred to a virtual network until the caller can connect to your specific number regardless of whether it is mobile or land line.
